Pippa Small Jewellery is seeking a dynamic and charismatic experienced high-end retail professional on a part-time basis for our boutique in Notting Hill, London.

 Key Responsibilities

• Provide a high standard of customer service
• Convert new clients & retain existing clients via outreach, follow-up and providing superior customer service
• Grow & maintain extensive client book
• Demonstrate superior interpersonal & communication talent
• Carry out additional tasks as requested by the management

Personal Profile

• A minimum of 2 years luxury retail sales experience, preferably within a jewellery environment
• Passion for providing excellent customer service.
• Consistently show a positive attitude & take responsibility for own actions
• Superior interpersonal skills required to ensure clear effective communication with all management and colleagues.
