Nanushka is looking for a talented Client Advisor to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about fashion, art, and Nanushka, with a refined aesthetic, detail-oriented mind, and can-do attitude. As a Client Advisor, you will be an ambassador of our brand, ensuring that every Client is treated according to the highest-selling standard. You will strive to discover your Clients and their needs to guide them across the Nanushka universe and create a lasting experience at every visit. You will proactively reach out to your Clients in order to achieve individual and team goals.

MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES IN OUR STORE

  • Welcome every Client and provide the best Client experience
  • Drive and achieve individual and team objectives and be accountable for sales results
  • Advise Clients across the Nanushka Universe creating a unique, long-lasting experience
  • Sharing your passion and excellent product knowledge through the selling ceremony process
  • Perform as a team player, participate in all activities contributing to the overall objectives of the store
  • Respect Nanushka Brand standards in terms of grooming and behavior
  • Follow the company’s policies and procedures

WE WOULD LOVE YOU TO HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS

  • Strong customer service skills and customer empathy
  • Very polite, patient, warm personality
  • Ability to develop & maintain quality relationships
  • Positive, hardworking, proactive, self-motivated, and driven to meet targets
  • Ability to work effectively in a team, being helpful with other colleagues
  • Loyal and reliable as we plan with you long-term
  • Respecting the team schedule in order to ensure safe opening operation during opening hours (availability to work on the weekends)
  • Flexible to participate in evening hours events or inventory
  • Excellent Hungarian and a good level of English are required, working knowledge of another language will be considered as a true asset
  • Previous retail experience is not required, but the ideal candidate must have a very customer-focused mindset, a strong sense of fashion, and excellent communication ability
