Finance & Accounting Intern (m/f/d)

YOUR TASKS

• Unterstützung des Teams bei der täglichen Buchhaltung sowie beim Monatsabschluss der Buchhaltung
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Accounting Manager, Steuerberater und CFO
• Unterstützung bei der Bearbeitung von Ausgangs- (B2B) und Eingangsrechnungen sowie Reisekostenabrechnungen
• Arbeit mit Tools wie Datev, Spendesk, Netsuite und vielen mehr
• Identifizierung von Möglichkeiten zur Prozessverbesserung und Automatisierung
• Unterstützung des Teams bei funktionsübergreifenden internen Projekten mit hoher strategischer Relevanz
• Sicherstellung von Qualität, Genauigkeit und Konsistenz

• Supporting the team with the daily bookkeeping as well as the monthly closing of the accounts
• Close cooperation with the Accounting Manager, Tax Advisor and CFO
• Support in the processing of outgoing (B2B) and incoming invoices as well as travel expense reports
• Work with tools such as Datev, Spendesk, Netsuite and many more.
• Identifying opportunities for process improvement and automation
• Supporting the team on cross-functional internal projects with high strategic relevance
• Ensuring quality, accuracy and consistency

YOUR PROFILE

• Bachelor/Masterstudent in Rechnungswesen, Controlling und/oder Finanzen
• Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, frühere Erfahrungen mit Datev oder Netsuite sind von Vorteil
• Relevante Berufserfahrung ist ein Pluspunkt
• Gut strukturierte und organisierte Arbeitsweise
• Gute Teamfähigkeit und soziale Kompetenz
• Klar, effizient und freundlich in der mündlichen und schriftlichen Kommunikation (Deutsch und Englisch)
• Interesse an der Modebranche

• Bachelor/Master student in accounting, controlling and/or finance
• Confident handling of MS Office, previous experience with Datev or Netsuite is an advantage
• Relevant work experience is a plus
• Well structured and organised way of working
• Good teamwork and interpersonal skills
• Clear, efficient and friendly in oral and written communication (German and English)
• Interest in the fashion industry
