As Senior for our Eastern Europe Expansion, you will be our internal expert for the market Hungary. You will support in successfully expansion in our new country and everything that is connected with it.

You will work closely together with Seniors that are taking care of the expansions to the other markets.

  • Define and solve our customer queries in a timely, friendly manner
  • Recognize the defined workflows and if needed support in securing and optimizing them as necessary
  • Work closely together with other teams and departments such as Quality and IKM; you'll be supporting in providing feedback with regards to the quality of the vendor customer care specialists and ensure that our templates are up to date and there are no language grammar errors
  • Create a strong flow of communication. You are an important contact person for the external team and will provide support for them in complex issues; as one of the first people in Customer Care working for this market, you might as well be highly involved in the ramp up phase, on site and for other units within Zalando

  • You possess excellent knowledge of Hungarian, in written and spoken form and furthermore you have strong communication skills in English
  • Commitment to customer satisfaction and a very strong understanding of our processes
  • Confident, competent, friendly and self-responsible, you are also able to take feedback and to work with it
  • Ability to work across multiple teams internally and externally, align goals and deliverables and drive overall success independently of organizational boundaries
