As a Senior Tracking Specialist in the Data Infrastructure & Tracking Team, you will be responsible for setting up and maintaining digital data collection and measurement framework. You will be responsible for onsite measurement ecosystem including web and app analytics ( Google Analytics / GTM) , MMP’s ( Adjust, Smartly), enable partners ( Facebook, Google) setup.

You will be at the center for providing meaningful onsite customer data for multiple businesses as well as product teams enabling them to make data driven decisions.


  • Be a go-to- expert for all tracking related topics, latest industry trends,
  • Ability to use Marketing Technology to gather data, analyse it, and develop actionable insights and recommendations
  • Aware of all latest changes happening in industry like ( Apple Transparency, Google Analytics 4 etc) and drive those projects in the company
  • Collaborate with our existing marketing partners ( Facebook, Google) to shape the future of our marketing channels with the latest available tools and technologies
  • Strong stakeholder management as well as project management skills
  • Strong communication skills, especially in simplifying the technical or complex for a non-technical audience


  • In depth experience of at least 4+ years with implementing/ maintaining Tracking solutions like Google Analytics 360 and/or Adobe Analytics; (preferably Google Analytics 360)
  • High level of Technical experience with digital tagging, solution design, data layer, tag management systems and analytics platforms implementations
  • SQL experience preferred
  • Experience with GCP is a plus
  • Ability to liaise with multiple vendors and martech solutions to drive implementation of new technologies
  • Ownership and governance of various tools in use not limited to Google Marketing Platform
  • Solid understanding of GDPR , e-privacy and consent management solutions
  • Communicate and drive topics with a large range of stakeholders
  • Ability to mentor team members ensuring their learning and growth
