Education: University graduate in Marketing, Advertising or Business Administration related majors.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB:
Social media strategy and implementation
- Brand owned social media account strategic planning, content planning & management and daily management, incl. but not limited to Weibo, Wechat, Red, Douyin, Wechat video etc.
- Social KOL/KOC management and design KOL pool to align with brand purpose.
- Study the latest trends of local social media and assist line manager to organize workshop and discussion for further adaptation possibility.
- Manage social media retainer agency for daily operation. Organize the monthly review meeting and ensure timely delivery of new initiatives, collaborations and campaigns.
- Cross team communication with Ecom team, PR, CRM, content creation, Merchandising, regional marketing team stakeholders for all the social projects.
Digital campaign and implementation
- Assist digital marketing manager to manage digital campaign, in terms of digital media planning and buying, incorporate social media planning based on campaign objective, content coop etc.
- Be involve in campaign implementation incl. but not limited to campaign tagline, ad copy, banner production, mini program design and development etc.
Budget Management & Others
- Manage social related budget, follow up contracts and payment process.

Internal: Local marketing team, regional marketing and communication teams, E-com team, Merchandising.
External: Media associates, KOLs, digital & social agencies etc.

- 5+ years Digital/social Marketing experience.

- Negotiating skills and ability to resolve conflict and multiple priorities. Enjoy challenge and change.
- A creative thinker and innovator.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills. Fluent in spoken and written English.
