POSITION SUMMARY:

This role will be responsible for Calvin Klein social accounts (own social management) and paid KOL/KOC management. Assist with Digital Marketing Manager to manage all strategic digital marketing plans and digital media execution and e-com marketing communication.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB:

Social media strategy and implementation
  • Brand owned social media account strategic planning, content planning & management and daily management, incl. but not limited to Weibo, Wechat, Red, Douyin, Wechat video etc.
  • Social KOL/KOC management and design KOL pool to align with brand purpose.
  • Study the latest trends of local social media and assist line manager to organize workshop and discussion for further adaptation possibility.
  • Manage social media retainer agency for daily operation. Organize the monthly review meeting and ensure timely delivery of new initiatives, collaborations and campaigns.
  • Cross team communication with Ecom team, PR, CRM, content creation, Merchandising, regional marketing team stakeholders for all the social projects.

Digital campaign and implementation
  • Assist digital marketing manager to manage digital campaign, in terms of digital media planning and buying, incorporate social media planning based on campaign objective, content coop etc.
  • Be involve in campaign implementation incl. but not limited to campaign tagline, ad copy, banner production, mini program design and development etc.

Budget Management & Others
  • Manage social related budget, follow up contracts and payment process.

INTERNAL & EXTERNAL CONTACTS:

Internal: Local marketing team, regional marketing and communication teams, E-com team, Merchandising.

External: Media associates, KOLs, digital & social agencies etc.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

Experience:
  • 5+ years Digital/social Marketing experience.

Skills:
  • Strong business insight and analytical skills, Good interpersonal skills, High resilience and self-motivator.
  • Detail oriented with excellent organizational skills.
  • Negotiating skills and ability to resolve conflict and multiple priorities. Enjoy challenge and change.
  • A creative thinker and innovator.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills. Fluent in spoken and written English.

Education: University graduate in Marketing, Advertising or Business Administration related majors.
