YOUR TASKS

• Übernehmen Sie die volle Verantwortung für bestimmte Bereiche innerhalb unserer Debitoren- (B2B & B2C) und Kreditorenbuchhaltungsprozesse
• Spielen Sie eine zentrale Rolle beim Monats- und Jahresabschluss, der Umsatzsteuererklärung und der Kostenstellenzuordnung
• Überwachung aller ein- und ausgehenden Zahlungsvorgänge
• Optimieren Sie die Nutzung und Integration unserer Buchhaltungssoftware, Oracle Netsuite, mit einem starken Fokus auf Automatisierung und Prozessverbesserung
• Arbeiten Sie mit einer Vielzahl von modernen Tools wie Oracle Netsuite, Spendesk, Notion und vielen mehr
• Arbeiten Sie in enger Zusammenarbeit mit unserem Accounting Manager, Steuerberater und CFO
• Stellen Sie die Qualität, Genauigkeit und Konsistenz Ihrer Arbeit mit hoher Aufmerksamkeit für Details sicher

• Take full ownership of designated areas within our Accounts Receivable (B2B & B2C) and Accounts Payable processes
• Play a pivotal role in the monthly and yearly closing of the accounts, VAT declaration and cost center allocation
• Monitor all incoming and outgoing payment transactions
• Optimise the usage and integration of our accounting software, Oracle Netsuite, with a strong focus on automation and process improvement
• Work with a variety of modern tools including Oracle Netsuite, Spendesk, Notion and many more
• Work in close collaboration with our accounting manager, tax advisor and CFO
• Ensure quality, accuracy and consistency of your work with high attention to detail

YOUR PROFILE

• Technische Ausbildung als Steuerfachangestellte/r, Finanzbuchhalter/in oder Bilanzbuchhalter/in oder einschlägiges Studium im Bereich Rechnungswesen, Controlling oder Finanzen
• min. 4 Jahre einschlägige Berufserfahrung 
• Ausgezeichnetes Verständnis der allgemeinen Bilanzierungsgrundsätze nach HGB
• Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office/GSuite und Datev, vorherige Erfahrung mit ERP-Systemen ist ein Plus (mit Oracle Netsuite ein starkes Plus)
• Ausgezeichnete mündliche und schriftliche Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch sind ein Muss (mind. C1 Niveau)
• Gut strukturierte und organisierte Arbeitsweise
• Gute Teamfähigkeit und soziale Kompetenz
• Interesse an der Modebranche

• Technical Apprenticeship as Steuerfachangestellte/r, Finanzbuchhalter/in or Bilanzbuchhalter/in or relevant Degree in Accounting, Controlling or Finance
• min. 4 years of relevant work experience 
• Excellent understanding of the general accounting principles according to German GAAP
• Confident using MS Office/GSuite and Datev, prior experience with ERP systems is a plus (with Oracle Netsuite a strong plus)
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in both German and English are a must (min. C1 level)
• Well-structured and organised way of working
• Good team player and social skills
• Interest in the fashion industry
