As part of the Global Brand Marketing team, the PR & Marketing Coordinator will play a key role in delivering the PR, marketing & influencer strategy, working to build brand awareness and meet commercial objectives.
No day is the same. The role will include (but is not limited to):
Support the development and delivery of the Brand Marketing & Global PR strategy with a focus on UK and EU markets
Support in the development and delivery of the Sample management, including sourcing, send outs, tracking and managing returns
Support in the full life-cycle of marketing projects: briefing, development, planning, roll out and evaluation
Support Organic Social Media (with a focus on Instagram) including content ideation, briefing creative and copy, publishing, reporting and overseeing community management
Post campaign analysis and social media reporting
Monitor and track press, VIP and influencer coverage
Coordinate day-to-day tasks including request management and prioritisation, executing gifting programs, creative briefs, pitch decks, compiling reports etc
Proactively seek localised opportunities that support the wider strategy
Collaborate closely with the Digital Marketing and Creative teams
Build and nurture relationships with press, stylists, influencers and talent agents
Share regular updates with team on competitor activity and industry insights
Act as an ambassador for the brand
You
2+ years experience in a PR/ marketing role, managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
An understanding of the evolving PR landscape across print, digital, celebrity and influencers
Experience in sample management
Strong attention to detail and excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proactive, self-starter, solutions-oriented
Demonstrated experience in social media management
Confident in reporting: data handling and identifying insights
