YOUR TASKS

  • Overall responsible for all product related operations processes.
  • Responsible for the capacity planning and management of orders with our Italian based factory partners
  • Responsible for following the entire critical path of a season and making sure all orders will be produced and delivered on time for our selling channel
  • Planning of order capacities and priorities for each factory
  • Managing the factories and ensuring they are well equipped for each production 
  • Ensure orders are accurate and complete, by checking factory documents and verify against order confirmations
  • Responsible for all inbound activity, such as delivery updates to appropriate teams, and deliveries from Italy to Berlin warehouse
  • Recording and management of all inbound data into ERP system, such as planned ex-works dates, etc. 
  • Responsible for all stock checks and communicate any order discrepancies to our factories
  • Create, manage and maintain standard procedures (SOP’s) for the area together with the supply chain team                            
  • Help improving the overall operations flow and be open and flexible for new tasks and challenges and support the team in the best way possible

YOUR PROFILE

  • 3+ years of experience in an equivalent role in the areas of Production, Logistics or Supply Chain Management
  • Excellent communication skills in English & Italian (both verbal and written)
  • Very strong proficiency in MS and/or Google office applications
  • Experience with Oracle NetSuite or other ERP systems is a strong plus
  • Good project management skills
  • Well-organized and good at keeping timelines
  • Ability to motivate, empower and think start-up driven
  • Flexible and hands-on mentality
