This position can be fully remote but you need to be located within Germany or UK.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
  • You have at least 3 years of experience in the area of e-commerce
  • You think "digitally" and enjoy understanding and optimising technical processes
  • Customer relationship management is your strength and you like to build long-term customer relationships
  • You proactively analyse further potentials for the customer and support the customer in becoming even more successful
  • You are always convincing, have good presentation skills and can express yourself very well
  • You are results-oriented and have a self-reliant way of working
  • Entrepreneurial thinking and acting are in the foreground, you want to make a difference
  • You are fluent in written and spoken English


YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
  • You are the direct contact person responsible for the successful cooperation and further development with international brands that sell on Zalando via Tradebyte
  • You are the first point of contact for our customers and responsible for all sales, strategic and operational topics
  • You are the interface between internal departments and brands
  • You independently drive projects that make your team scalable and you more efficient
  • Together with your team, you work closely with Zalando, optimise the lead process and pilot new business models
  • You analyse your accounts and operate active success management by convincing your accounts of further marketplaces, which we then integrate together with our customers
  • You create sales roadmaps and reports and present them to your customers
