Head of Customer Experience (f/m/d)

To support our international team we are currently searching for a full-time employee as Talent Attraction Manager - Recruiting (f/m/d) based in our office in Aschheim.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
 

• Ensure the delivery of an efficient and quality driven service to our hiring managers
• Build and maintain a strong relationships with hiring managers but also with other peers within the HR function 
• Responsible for interviewing candidates with different methods (phone calls, video and in-person interviews)
• Cooperate with the hiring managers in building candidates’ assessment
• Ability to manage the hiring manager’s expectations through a good understanding of their work
• Support the Talent Acquisition team in improving recruitment related projects and internal processes in order to develop Mytheresa as the employer of choice
   

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:
 

• Bachelor Degree in Human Resources Management, Business, Law and/or related topics
• 3+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment or similar role
• Proven experience with recruiting and hiring candidates wihtin a corporate environement, retail or agency 
• Ability to successfully manage, prioritize and negotiate with the ability to pushback and create a sense of urgency
• Experience with ATS (preferably SAP SuccessFactors) and digital recruitment tools as well as excellent knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Strong sense of responsibility, proactive attitude and hands-on mentality
• Experience with negotiating and managing job offers 
• A true team player that enables and empowers others
• Fluent in English and German (written and spoken) mandatory
