Tory Burch is currently seeking a Manager of International Email to support the email marketing team's global program. This role will work closely with international markets to establish and execute on revenue generating initiatives and events, and continue optimization efforts on existing email campaigns including increased personalization and affinity targeting. This role will drive international email innovation by working cross-functionally across several teams, including our global market leads, Marketing, Creative, Technology, Product, Analytics, CRM, Email, and Site Merchandising


  • Manage, plan and execute global email marketing programs through a personalized lens
  • Work closely with international markets to establish and execute strategic email marketing programs that support revenue generation and nurture long term brand initiatives
  • Maintain international email calendar and coordinate email campaign scheduling to ensure proper cadence, avoiding overlapping messages and ensuring key message integration
  • Analyze and report on email program performance and key email metrics
  • Create and execute international email testing roadmap
  • Collaborate with teams across the organization to deliver targeted email campaigns that support core initiatives and events
  • Drive email innovation for global audiences through personalization by targeting affinity purchasing, lifecycle stages, and site behaviors
  • Develop scalable solutions and processes for complex global email marketing programs and marketing automation in a high growth global environment

  • Minimum 4-6 years experience in email marketing
  • Expert in Sailthru or similar marketing automation platform
  • Ability to turn data into actionable insights and provide direction on future strategies
  • Thorough and consistent proactivity with planning, updating documents, and aligning calendars
  • Strong written & verbal communication skills to work across numerous cross-functional teams and across multiple regions
  • Highly organized, strong time management skills and attention to detail
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple email projects simultaneously
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics is a plus
  • Ability to perform in a high-volume and fast-paced work environment with a globally distributed team
