Description de l'offre

As an ambassador of the brand, you will assist the Store Manager in the following tasks:

MANAGEMENT
- Coordinate and supervise a sales team
- Promote the high-end image of the brand internally and externally
- Ensure that the sales team is appropriately trained on a day-to-day basis
- Participate in the recruitment of new staff members and reach and attract the best applicants

SALES
- Create and retain customer loyalty by giving appropriate and personalized advice
- Welcome and assist our high-end customers
- Contribute to the development of our brand's image by giving a unique, personalised, bespoke service
- Increase revenue by making our products attractive
- Follow the instructions of the head office regarding how the business is to be run and ensure they are carried out

MERCHANDISING
- Organise the shop floor and arrange our products according to company guidelines
- Ensure that the store is organised and our products are arranged according to the instructions of Head - Office and the Store Manager
- Ensure that our store's visual standards are market-leading

OPERATIONS
- Ensure the smooth running of the store
- Manage inventory and stock replenishment

Profil

- At least 2 year of work experience as Assistant Store Manager in the area of high-end ready-to-wear
- Passion for fashion and have a good knowledge of the sector and its trends
- Ability to supervise and motivate a team and are willing to take on challenges
- High level of customer service and business sense
- Excellent personal appearance and communication skills
- Good stress management, flexibility and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Fluent English; other languages are a plus
