We're looking for a Portfolio Management Analystto play a key role within the IT team to help drive execution of end to end IT and Digital Portfolio processes. As part of the IT and Digital Portfolio Management team, the Portfolio Management Analyst will be primarily responsible for supporting the end-to-end Demand Management and Portfolio Planning Processes by facilitating the demand intake process, managing and reporting of portfolio data and helping to maintain and build portfolio management processes and tools using excellent coordination, collaboration and communications skills.

- Facilitate IT and Digital Demand Intake....
- Support Business and IT leads in navigating end to end Demand process, ensuring clarity of responsibilities for project, resources and portfolio information.
- Drive end to end off-cycle Demand intake process with Portfolio, Business and IT partners ensuring required data and materials are included for IT and Digital project review and prioritization.
- Track execution of planned Demand against Annual Plans.
- Prepare data and reporting for bi-weekly Demand Reviews.
- Participate in bi-weekly Demand Review meetings.

- Conduct Portfolio Reporting and Analysis...
- Facilitate monitoring and tracking of project data.
- Support IT teams to ensure timely and accurate project and portfolio reporting.
- Identify potential project and portfolio risks and issues to escalate to Portfolio and IT leads.
- Conduct data collection and evaluation in preparation for Quarterly Portfolio Reviews
- Support Portfolio and IT teams with tools and data required for roadmap planning.

- Maintain various portfolio planning and communication tools.
- Identify need for and drive development, testing and mastering of new portfolio tools, processes, procedures.
- Schedule and conduct Quarterly training for Business and IT partners on portfolio tools, processes, procedures.
- Support quarterly project data reviews to track accuracy of project and portfolio planning.

The accomplished individual will possess...
- MS Office 365 experience with strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Experience with Agile methodology a plus.

- A Bachelor's Degree preferred with 3+years experience in project coordination, delivery and/or management.

This role is open to remote work, ideally in the eastern time zone, with travel to our corporate office quarterlyfor a few days.
