Aim of the Role of Customer Service Specialist is to receive and process customer orders, inquiries, and complaints covering items or products ordered with a specific focus to Key Accounts . It will proactively maintain an ongoing relationship with key customers and sales staff, to ensure the greatest client satisfaction and lead the after sale service to the excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as communication link between customers and sales staff to assure responsiveness.
  • MaintainingCustomers' Master data and Monitoring the Order book in order to meet company targets and objectives as well as customers' expectations.
  • Add and check Customers' purchase orders.
  • Verify the adherence of actual returns and markdowns with the agreements in place
  • Record orders and process inquiries received by mail, telephone, and/or through personal customer contact
  • Contact customers to respond to inquiries or to notify them of claim investigation results or any planned adjustments
  • Provide pricing information, availability, and schedule information within established guidelines
  • Track order activity, and alert appropriate staff of any potential delivery problems. Expedite the delivery of selected orders and manages the returned goods
  • Ensure troubleshooting in case of issues with the delivery, through a coordination with the functions involved
  • Research and obtain resolution of a variety of customer complaints and issues

About YOU:
  • Bachelor degree or equivalent
  • Strong analyticalskills and highly problem solving oriented
  • Proficient with Office applications with advanced Excel skills
  • Act constantly to improve procedures and processes
  • Strong ownership of the tasks assigned
  • Self controlled with a good communication attitude to communicate effectively across the organization
  • Positive and proactive attitude, honest and trustworthy, highly motivated team player
