This role is to inform, inspire and engage associates through strategic, timely and relevant communications and managing the variety communication channels for Regional Hong Kong office and commercial markets in HK+ (HK & Macau, Singapore, Malaysia and Taiwan). The communications include HR project communication plans, organizational memos, news stories, and employee-related updates as well as communication/engagement events. Channels of communication include intranet, company events, video, associate newsletters, emails and other. The job incumbent will also support key HR initiatives like I&D and AXP.

  • Cooperate with regional team to ensure the local execution of Internal communication strategies.
  • Develop and execute on local internal communications initiatives, messages and tactics that engage employees and support business objectives.
  • Partner with internal "clients" to support their communications needs and help align their strategies against PVH Corp. priorities.
  • Lead the planning and organization of communication and engagement events such as business updates, Town Halls, social events, I&D initiatives and AXP programs for associates, and other such internal events as envisioned.
  • Write, edit and distribute content across our various internal communication channels including internal announcements, newsletters, intranet, presentations, printed works, and more.
  • Promote employee engagement, awareness and understanding by producing communications that are informative, timely and consistent with key corporate messaging.
  • Coordinate all aspects of Thread (intranet) - concept development, research, copy, approval process, implementation, and the gathering and organizing of information and assets.
  • Manage content review and approval process communication vehicles to ensure all required approvals are obtained in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Successfully manage complex, fast-moving and unexpected internal communications challenges ,.
  • Proactively build and manage relationships with key internal stakeholders such as business leaders, HR partners, Marketing etc.
  • Lead Community Involvement initiatives (PVH CARE) through development of strategies in collaboration with Regional Community Relations and regional leadership.
  • Plan road map for process and opportunities for associates to be involved the community, and track related metrics.
  • Gather and interpret key analytics and feedback to ensure content and channels are optimized to create the biggest impact.
  • Work in close collaboration with IT department on leveraging existing technology and sourcing new means of interacting with associates.
  • Ensure communications reach the right target audiences by keeping distribution lists updated.
  • Finds ways to enhance existing processes for greater efficiency and evolving existing communication vehicles for greater impact.
  • Support HR Admin team on varied HR projects.

  • At least 6 - 8 years of solid experience in communications, including internal communications- focused experience.
  • Bachelor degree holder, major in Literature/English writing/Journalism are preferred.
  • Experience in a multi-national company and a multi-cultural environment is essential.
  • Very good English/Chinese written and verbal communication skills for internal audience with the ability to effectively communicate with all levels of management.
  • The ability to translate business needs into compelling messages.
  • Must possess strong project management skills with an ability to focus and manage.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and high pressure environment
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload.
  • Strong relationship building skills and able to collaborate at all job levels.
