Supply Chain Coordinator
HUGO BOSS UK Ltd. | London | United Kingdom | Full-time

Responsible for the inbound & domestic traffic for both wholesale and retail. Managing the wholesale key account order and delivery process of goods or services.

What you can expect:

  • Responsible for inbound and domestic traffic for wholesale and retail channel.
  • Order Book management (placement, phasing and delivery) for wholesale key account clients
  • Monitor all orders that come through EDI
  • Enter and check customers' purchase orders when necessary identifying and reporting any discrepancies that could affect the business
  • Organise and monitor all bookings, apply for MDA's and ASN's for the customers that require it.
  • Work closely with the Credit Control department in order to look into all the debit notes and disputes raised by customers
  • Develop and maintain good client relationships by delivering the best customer service
  • Providing operational and logistics support to all wholesale clients & own retail stores
  • Coordinating movements of stock, maximising cost-effectiveness and tracking all consignments
  • Responsible for managing relationships with UPS, implementing operational process with HBAG Logistics and UPS to improve services.
  • Working with all freight forwarders to ensure KPI's are achieved and maintained
  • Liaising with the warehouse with reference to deliveries
  • Producing of weekly and monthly supply chain reports
  • Analysing of statistical data
  • Ensure deadlines are met and general administration is completed as required by the Head of department
  • Supporting in all new supply chain projects, involvement in all aspects of project roll out
  • Supporting supply chain assistant role and helping to train of new starters
  • Any other ad-hoc duties


Your profile:

  • Excellent computer skills : Intermediate Excel
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Supply Chain, Logistics or Customer Service experience
  • Knowledge of SAP and BIS (Desirable)
  • Understand and represent the brand attributes
  • Excellent communication skills. With the ability to communicate with senior members of staff both written and verbal
  • Enthusiastic, self-confident and self-motivated
  • Pays close attention to detail, accuracy, is analytical and logical thinking
  • Willing to adapt and take on new challenges and is driven to continually improve
  • Always presents a professional image
  • Prepared to go the extra mile to achieve targets
  • Shows ambition to drive through initiatives and change to achieve company targets
