RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support the administrative works of the Corporate Responsibility Department
• Update and maintain the factory database
• Analyse and report on the factory performance
• Prepare the audit plan and arrange the Corporate Responsibility Audit in the Supply Chain
• Streamline the internal practice for auditing, invoicing, communication and reporting through automation
• Liaise with different NGOs & charities for volunteering activities ​​​​​​​

PERSONAL PROFILE

• A degree holder
• 2 years' experience in administration and/or CSR field
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, experience in VBA is an advantage
• Personal engagement in volunteering , social justice and environmental protection
• Fluent in spoken and written English and Mandarin
