JOB SUMMARY

Tory Burch is deploying a large enterprise wide system upgrade globally. This impacts hundreds of Tory Burch employees, and requires a strong change management program to ensure that all employees are fully trained and confident in their skills. We require assistance in the creation of future state Standard Operating Procedures. This role is a part time role of 20 hours /week, and will start as soon as possible and continue for 6 months. The role reports to the Sr. Director of Commercial Operations.

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Review current processes and create future SOPs from UAT testing documentation
  • Coordinate with Business owners and third parties to include non-system tasks/approvals
  • Prepare rough draft and final versions of SOPs in template.
  • Review SOPs with Business partners
  • Ad hoc change management tasks as required (deck preparation, meeting notes, etc.)
  • Prefer knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
