Job Title: Junior In-House Legal Counsel
Primary Purpose: As a Junior In-House Legal Counsel, you will provide daily generalist legal support to the in-house legal team. You will be a member of a fast-paced environment and will help to identify solutions that best support the team.

- Organize and maintain all files
- Drafting, research and submission of legal documents
- Manage incoming subpoenas, legal notices and other legal documents
- Ensure deadlines are met, questions are answered, and requests are addressed
- Participate in special projects as needed
- Executing data protection work with support from privacy lawyer
- Subject matter responsibility will include:
- commercial agreements (including wholesale and distribution)
- property leases
- employment issues
- insurance
- tax
- store operations.
The accomplished individual will possess...
- 3+ years of legal experience
- Bachelor's Law Degree from a European country
- Can be an admitted solicitor or paralegal/trainee solicitor seeking qualification
- Excellent attention to detail and desire to work closely with other retail functions
- Excellence in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
