PVH Europe is on a mission to redefine the fashion industry by driving full digitization along the company's entire value chain, from product design to the end-consumer. Our Digital & Marketing strategy aims to create a seamless consumer experience across all consumer channels, thereby connecting online and offline channels (Omni channel). Our Marketing team is one of the driving forces to define concepts, activations & campaigns close to our end-consumer across all our Sales Channels in Region West - Own Retail, Franchise, Wholesale, Online Wholesale with our big online platform partners.

We are looking for a Senior Brand Marketing Manager (m/f/x), who will be part of the local Omni channel Calvin Klein Brand Marketing Team. As part of our Calvin Klein Brand Marketing team you drive the local Marketing calendar for the brand Calvin Klein and translate global defined brand strategies into local needs. You are a key partner to our Sales teams as well as central HQ Brand Marketing teams. Your team makes sure to balance the local commercial needs with the brand strategy and to drive - together with our Digital Marketing Team (incl. Content Marketing, Influencer Marketing, Media) as well as our Events & Comms team - 360 degree activations & campaigns at all consumer touchpoints. As part of the team you independently drive activations, campaigns and projects as well as small cross-functional teams. Tracking business KPIS and identifying additional & new innovative ideas are measuring the success of our work.

A day in the life of a Senior Manager Brand Marketing Calvin Klein - Maternity Cover (m/f/x):
  • You will develop strategies and measures to expand the presence of our brands on a local base with predefined KPIs and ROIs on all channels
  • You will analyze our brand positioning and consumer insights
  • You will translate brand elements into plans and go-to-market strategies
  • You will oversee the marketing responsibility to guide sales teams during the order process
  • You will define necessary process requirements in close cooperation with internal and external stakeholders
  • You will monitor the product distribution and brand consideration
  • You will plan budgets on an annual base
  • You will coordinate interdisciplinary project teams and be the central contact person for cross-departmental projects
  • You will develop innovative ideas and continuous optimization of results
  • You will have a strong exchange with internal stakeholders and our global marketing team
  • You will lead and coach your team as a role model and ensure an empowerment and error culture
  • You will promote and execute a leadership style that comprises our values, our leadership behaviors and key aspects such as innovation, thinking out of the box, business and individual growth, empowerment and collaboration

What do we need from you? You have:
  • A minimum of 5 years relevant work experience in (Brand) Marketing
  • Relevant experience gained in retail
  • A creative and innovate driven marketing mind
  • A data-driven thinking and an affinity for numbers
  • A solution-oriented action and precise working method
  • A high degree of team spirit
  • Very good MS-Office knowledge (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Fluent written and spoken German and English
