Job Details
Key Responsibilities:
- Second level support and Ticket handling
- Monitor and respond to incoming requests related to Hardware and Software
- Work directly with engineers, contractors and vendors to solve critical and standard incidents
- Maintain and optimize IT Asset Management, Life-Cycle Management
- Proactive escalate incidents and manage problems with Technology Manager
- Running reports to analyze common complaints and problems
- Collaborate with Technology Manager in the innovation roadmaps
About YOU:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science and Technology or equivalent proven experience
- At least 2+ years experience in IT, Technology, preferably in Retail environment
- Ability to manage hardware and software assets, renovation in collaboration with Amsterdam
- Passionate about digital and Technology
- Good communication & relationship skills
- Problem solving and fluency in English is a must
