About the Role

The Senior Manager of Digital Experience will play two primary roles within the team. First, he/she will be the business owner who partners with internal product and engineering teams to ensure the digital experience meets key business requirements. And second, he/she will lead AthletaWell's very own agile design POD, including overseeing each design sprint, prioritizing tests and helping implement solutions to drive growth. What You'll Do

AthletaWell Digital Platform & Experience
  • Guide and influence the AthletaWell digital experience, working cross-functionally with Gap Tech, product management, ecomm and app teams to drive AthletaWell's product roadmap and ensure business requirements are met
  • Partner directly with Product Management and UX/UI to identify and implement key features and platform decisions in service of Athletawell's growth and long-term vision. This includes gathering requirements across team functions to ensure the best possible digital experience for the members.
  • Act as the primary owner of KPI reporting and tracking by overseeing and managing performance dashboard and read outs to Athleta Leadership. Partner closely with analytics and CRM teams to define the measurement frameworks and KPIs that support key product strategies.
  • Work with internal and external consumer insights teams to determine appropriate research and analyses needed to inform opportunities and white space for the AthletaWell platform.

AthletaWell Agile POD
  • Lead design sprints and facilitate prototyping, testing, and iteration of new concepts, working cross-functionally to bring customer-facing experiences to life in the store or online
  • Manage testing process and synthesize insights (qualitative and quantitative) to inform future concepts
  • Develop and document cohesive recommendations to scale successful concepts
  • Oversee planning, forecasting and development of CRM programs with cross-channel partners across multiple marketing channels
  • Develop analysis, reports and hind sights to share with key stakeholders

Who You Are

  • Ideally have experience in agile, design-thinking such as design sprints or prototyping methodologies or experiences
  • Prior experience developing digital experiences with responsibility in managing cross-platform product experience vision and design, strong understanding of omni-channel experience delivery and management.
  • Proven ability to define and translate business requirements into product roadmaps and strategic initiatives.
  • Adept at leading and working with cross-functional teams (i.e., IT, UX/UI, Brand, Finance, Retail and Finance) and managing dependencies tied to strategic product roadmaps.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Professional work experience, preferably within digital, subscription/membership, agile or design consulting
  • Detail-oriented, with strong project/process management experience and skills
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills
  • Willingness to roll up your sleeves and perform a wide variety of concept-testing tasks
