Our Ecommerce Coordinator will support the Ecommerce Manager and Ecommerce Assistant to own and grow the Ecommerce P&L continuously optimizing trading performance to deliver ambitious growth plans.

Key Responsibilities

Work closely with the Ecommerce Manager to own and deliver against ambitious ecommerce performance goals

Ensure that the nuts and bolts of our ecommerce operation are working seamlessly for the customer: from product photography and copy upload to fulfilment processes and customer service

Work with ecom manager for weekly remerchandise of the website in line with best selling products, the marketing calendar and product stock levels. Produce and create edits in line with our calendar.

Preparing suggestions for a weekly stock replenishment, and styles to be removed from trading.

Working with 3rd -party drop shippers to ensure they have all the assets and information they need to maximize their sales through our channel and to reduce return rates.

Manage product upload deadlines in-line with the event calendar. Supervise and support ecommerce assistant with the task.

Support with products uploads onto the website; resize images and ensure products are presented and categorized to provide the best customer experience and drive sales.

Ensure products gain required exposure across the site in a creative and commercial manner.

Accurately upload and maintain product page information including product images, product descriptions, product codes, SEO descriptions, tags (collections, categories and brands) etc

Be the key contact point of escalating complex customer care issues. Support ecommerce assistant with complex customer care queries.

Responsible for closely monitoring and approving returns. Work closely with our fulfilment partner and flag any delays or issues.

Support with the marketing of our ecommerce sites/products, across email, social and press; conduct robust assessments of marketing ROI to continually improve campaign performance.

Continuously optimize our ecommerce websites and marketing to maximize conversion and ATV.

•Support with adhoc ecommerce related queries from other departments in the business.

What makes a brilliant Ecommerce Coordinator?

 Proven experience of growing an ecommerce business, ideally working with other similar brands

Commercial ambition and drive, combined with a strong technical ecommerce skillset

Passionate about retail with a good understanding of emerging trends

You have excellent attention to detail which will allow you to spot errors in copy and product listings with ease

You possess strong time management skills which will help manage a varied workload and tight deadlines

 You’re a great written and verbal communicator allowing you to work with a range of stakeholders productively

 You’re a creative problem solver and have experience in addressing problems proactively and effectively
