Rosetta Getty is seeking a candidate to fill a Sales Account Executive position that supports the Global Sales Director. This opportunity would allow the candidate to be immersed into the business across wholesale, merchandising and work cross functionally with digital communications, design, and production teams. This role is NYC office based.

SALES:

  • Visits department stores to maintain awareness and ensure strong brand presentation.
  • Conducts product knowledge seminars, relaying brand ethos, collection inspirations and technical design details.
  • Host seasonal trunk shows and in-store events when applicable.
  • Report on market feedback, brand adjacencies and emerging competitive brands, and current trends.
  • Generates reports on weekly and monthly sales across all wholesale partners with qualitative feedback.
  • Communicates with partners on replenishments, marketing needs, and product knowledge materials.
  • Supports across global market needs including showroom presentation and asset preparation/management.
  • Summarize market feedback highlighting best sellers, product trends, and opportunities.
  • Manages wholesale partners orders both seasonally and incremental reorders while also tracking the shipping and delivery of collections.
  • Cross functionally manage inventory across direct and wholesale partnerships.
  • Oversee all sample request communication and sample send outs; work cross functionally with communications team.

PREFERRED PRIOR EXPERIENCE:

  • Minimum 3 years of previous account executive experience; luxury or contemporary,
  • Retail sales experience.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with customers to develop strong long-term relationships. Ability to work cross functionally and foster teamwork.
  • Strong understanding of retail math and sales planning; analytical skills.
  • Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office, Keynote/PowerPoint, and a high level of proficiency with Excel.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Based in NYC office and ability to travel domestic and internationally.
