Rosetta Getty is seeking a candidate to fill a position that focuses on all communications with a secondary scope in marketing. The opportunity would allow the candidate to primarily own press, VIP and influencer placements while also supporting marketing needs. Reporting into the Director of Marketing & E-Commerce, there would be room for the candidate to have exposure to the E-commerce function and develop a skill set in direct-to-consumer business management.
COMMUNICATIONS:

Build all communication initiatives into an overall marketing strategy for each season ranging from key products, fabrications and storytelling points

Own relationships with editors and achieve press features on a seasonal and product-launch basis

Secure VIP dressing opportunities with stylists while aligning with the sales team to determine product focuses

Develop and maintain a list of influencer giftings with the objective to grow brand awareness and traction with both macro and micro communities

 Produce seasonal collection presentations from start-to-finish with the objective to provide Rosetta a compelling format and guest list to speak to the collections

Sample trafficking of all product while being aware of other teams’ sample needs
MARKETING:

Co-produce all photoshoots including casting, negotiating contracts and budget management

Maintain marketing calendar across product focuses and collection launches

Own asset management including post-production, cropping, and working with
an external copywriter to develop brand language.
PROFILE:
-
3-5 years of experience in a press and stylist-focused field, with an eagerness to grow in the marketing and DTC space

Has an extensive network within the fashion industry and able to externally represent the brand

Holds an independent character while also enjoys working cross-functionally with other department verticals (design, production, sales)
