The Digital Asset Manager plays a key role in ensuring the proper and timely flow of image and video content through our asset library that supports our production, design, and e-commerce teams. The Digital Asset Manager is critical for and central to our operations and workflow by overseeing adherence to content guidelines and timely delivery of assets in a fast-paced deadline driven environment. The Digital Asset Manager also supports creative as a Photo Editor, making image selects of editorial projects. The ideal candidate is obsessively organized, an incredible multitasker, and a fantastic communicator. Responsibilites

• Maintains and oversees the daily flow of content across all e-commerce productions on a daily basis.
• Maintains the proper organization and structure of our asset library.
• Manages a small team of in-house and 3rd party digital retouchers.
• Daily quality control checks for image guidelines and metrics.
• Monitors and maintains clear and concise communications across departments.
• Catalogs and distributes digital assets across various departments.
• Photo editing / Image selection of editorial assets.
• Ensure adherence to standard workflows and processes.

Requirements

• 2 years minimum of digital asset management or equivalent.
• Fantastic organizational and multitasking skills.
• Complete proficiency with Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Dropbox, and Capture One Pro.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to problem solve and innovate new and more efficient processes.
• Show a strong desire to be part of a team with a shared goals.
• Proactive person who can take initiative to get things done.

The Digital Asset Manager is a full time hybrid position, both onsite and remote in Los Angeles, CA.
