As Gymshark continues to expand globally, the goal of the CRM team is to create a consistent and aligned journey across multiple touchpoints throughout the customer's experience regardless of their lifecycle positioning. Gymshark North America is seeking an CRM Specialist to help support the US and Canada markets, including direct communication to our customers, as well as customer lifecycle management. This person will help shape the Gymshark North American CRM program, partnering with cross functional and UK teams to deliver best in class customer communications and journeys.

Please note while we are currently offering a hybrid work model, all candidates must be either Denver based, or willing to relocate to Denver, CO. 100% Remote work is not available for this role. You must also be legally able to work in the United States. 


  • Based on customer insights, develop and execute online and offline CRM communications that drive measurable results and customer engagement
  • Flawlessly build, QA, segment and schedule email, push, SMS, and in-app messaging for all North America CRM efforts
  • Manage email Quality Assurance (QA) process by ensuring all links, images, and copy are correct in CRM communication
  • Track performance against established monthly and weekly KPI targets for channels and initiatives
  • Form an in-depth understanding of our customer through a lifecycle, churn, and behavioral lens
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to provide actionable solutions to Commercial team objectives
  • Identify and execute testing opportunities within the customer lifecycle
  • Work with CRM systems, tools, and vendors to ensure flawless delivery for all channels and customer segments
  • Work closely with international, creative and data teams to ensure deadlines are met
  • Understand the technical details behind channel communications and identify and resolve issues
  • Track and understand commercial objectives and suggest activity based on channel knowledge and previous performances


Essential Qualities:

  • 1+ years in a marketing or marketing related role
  • Passionate about customers and providing a great customer experience
  • Comfortable with change and promotes agility in self and ways of working
  • Naturally curious and KPI driven
  • High attention to detail

Preferred Qualities:

  • Experience within email, CRM or lifecycle marketing
  • Any e-commerce or B2C marketing is a plus
  • Hands on experience with analytics platforms and data base tools
  • HTML experience is a plus

This role has a salary range between $46,000-$55,000 annually depending on experience.
