About us
MinimuMaximuM is a new premium fashion retail destination in the affluent area of Hadley Wood located just outside of North London, focusing on luxury, timeless and enduring fashion pieces. With the ambition to become a leading destination that represents the most exciting collections, whilst offering a platform to spotlight emerging designers.
We are due to open our first retail store early this year, and are looking for an experienced manager to join and lead our retail store offering. The successful individual will be effective, well-motivated and highly organised, and someone who thrives in a boutique environment. This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on team leader to drive and shape our retail experience.
The Role
The manager is an integral part of the store team and is required to lead with the daily operations of the store.
As the store manager, you will lead, support, coach, challenge and empower the team to achieve the company’s objectives through example setting, excellent customer service and effective merchandise presentation.
In partnership with the team, you will seek to identify and drive commercial opportunities while maintaining effective store operations.
You will work to embody the Company’s Values and objectives to ensure a seamless shopping experience for the client.
Key Responsibilities
— Day to day running of the store, delivering growth of both sales and performance.
— Maintaining impeccable visual merchandising standards, ensuring effective use of space and stock availability.
— Hiring of additional store team members.
— Training and inducting your team to deliver excellent customer service.
— Lead and develop the store team to ensure their success and growth.
— Ensure a safe and healthy working environment for all, adhering to risk assessments and setting a high level of housekeeping.
— Ensuring integrity of the brand is maintained through correct behaviors and uniform standards of the team.
Essential
— Minimum 1 year management experience within a premium retail environment.
— A strong commitment to customer service and maintaining excellent store standards
— Excellent visual merchandising skills
— Excellent communication and ‘people’ skills
— The ability to inspire, motivate and lead
a team.
— Decision-making ability and a sense of responsibility.
— Planning and organizational skills
— Excellent commercial abilities and interest in fashion retail.
Desirable
— Informed and up to date with all current fashion trends and market activity to better serve our clientele and aid floor operations.
— Good IT skills
— Experience of working in a premium
fashion brand.

Salary
£25,000 to £35,000 per annum dependant on experience
