We are currently seeking a Passionate Entrepreneur to fill the role of Brand Manager. Over-arching objectives for this exciting opportunity include year over year sales growth and the cultivation of the local client base. This will be achieved through flawless execution of our Selling /Service Initiatives, acquisition and development of our talent, exceeding established KPI targets, Merchandising, and Store Operations.

COACHING/TRAINING
  • Drives retail performance through disciplined business management for Sandro and Maje brands.
  • Conducts product and selling seminars to create an educated and professional Selling Specialist culture, with the goal of improving regular price selling while offering exceptional customer service.
  • Provides and demonstrates selling techniques on how to successful build sales / wardrobe clients.

IN-STORE PRESENTATION
  • Execute strong well-balanced merchandise statements consistent with SMCP strategies and guidelines.
  • Executes floor moves based on seasonal directives, modifying as required based on business trends.
  • Maximize use of point-of-sale collateral.
  • Present compelling, forward-looking visual presentations always.
  • Ensure the highest of maintenance standards to including store's execution of timely processing of new inventory, price changes, and markdowns.
  • Maintain backstock in an organized fashion for easy product replenishment.
  • Manage Inventory and stock replenishment (maintaining organized records of all receiving and stocking)

COMMUNICATION
  • Builds and maintains strong account partnerships and relationships to continually collaborate with the Saks Team.
  • Regularly review of business with District Manager to identify immediate and ongoing opportunities within the business.
  • Completes and submits Weekly Business Recap/Store Visit Recap including a narrative and overview of what's working/not working and product opportunities to the District Manager.

SELLING & SERVICE
  • Welcome and assist all clients while demonstrating exceptional customer service
  • Generate sales by giving personalized and appropriate sales advice
  • Familiarization of product features and benefits and effectively communicating these during the selling process; in turn highlighting the uniqueness of the Sandro and Maje brands
  • Achieve or exceed monthly sales plan set by SMCP headquarters

PROFILE:
  • 1+ years of prior supervisory experience
  • Possesses strong service orientation
