The Team

Our Ecommerce Product Launch team represents part of the Site Merchandising and Buying team and works in close collaboration with the Buyers, Site Merchandisers, Calvin Klein divisions, Product Developers, external agencies and Partner Program.

Together they maximize the product assortment display on the site and improve the back-end data flow, and essentially bring together product and data.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Be the key responsible person to provide product titles, descriptions and filters on ck.com and Partner webshops, with support of the team of external copywriters and translation agencies
  • Manage product data to ensure new products, stock, pricing, imagery and product attributes uploaded correctly in all systems and on ck.com and Partner Program
  • Coordinate assignments to copywriters by creating guidelines and templates, arranging showroom visits, supporting with divisional product information and checking final copy
  • Manage copy translations into all ck.com languages provided on site, ensure continuous maintenance of translation glossary
  • Manage filter enrichment and product attribution, recommendations widget and correct size mapping
  • Manage accurate and timely image availability in accordance with PVH Studios, hold regular touch bases and support with image management
  • Communicate with respective divisions on product data improvements
  • Connect with licensing partners and US Headquarters to leverage assets created by external teams and manage implementation of said assets on the website
  • Maintain product category mapping
  • Maintain asset delivery reports and overviews
  • Provide in-season support to other eCommerce teams, divisions and business partners

The Ideal Candidate:
  • A minimum of two years of experience working with fashion product information
  • Good knowledge of garment production and construction, previous fashion copywriting experience is a plus
  • Project management skills to coordinate work of external copywriters and translation agencies
  • Strong attention to detail, great organizational skills and ability to work with a high level of accuracy
  • Ability to build relationships with other internal and external teams and functions
  • A keen interest in the fashion industry and a consumer-centric mindset
  • Ability to work in Excel
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced demanding environment where teamwork is key
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, professional level of English required
