The head office for the DACH and EEC markets which include 13 countries with more than 2600 employees is located in Duesseldorf and home to around 500 employees.

We`re searching for talented individuals with a consultancy mindset and solid HR experience that are able to put theory into practice and get energized from breaking conventions and building best of class organizations. You will work in close collaboration with a team of 40 passionate HR colleagues and become a trusted business partner for our retail overhead population. In addition your role will include the ownership for our local apprenticeship- & trainee program including conception, maintenance and further development of the program.

A day in the life of an HR Business Partner(m/f/x):
  • Organizational development: You will support the business in identifying structural challenges and facilitate change initiatives
  • Team development: You will identify opportunities for team development within your focus areas
  • Workforce Planning: You will define skill gaps and hiring strategies in close collaboration with Senior business leaders, the talent acquisition and talent development team
  • Apprenticeship- & trainee program: You will take over the full ownership for the program, review the existing processes, adjust the concept and serve as the point of contact for the next generation of PVH team members
  • You will influence the business through a relationship of trust by sharing insights and opinions: share outside-in perspective, disagree without being disagreeable
  • You will partner with your business areas on key strategic HR processes, such as performance & development, talent management and succession planning, employee engagement survey action planning and well-being

What do we need from you? You have:
  • A university degree, post-secondary education or post graduate diploma in human resources, psychology, social science, labor law or equivalent
  • At least 5+ years of relevant HR generalist experience in a business partnering or HR Manager role, with proven expertise with apprenticeship- & trainee programs
  • Prior experience in FMCG or fashion industry would be a plus
  • A passion for problem solving, solution oriented, advanced analytics, and project management
  • Ability to communicate effectively on all levels, influence, stakeholder management and drive interdepartmental collaboration
  • Comprehensive understanding of current HR practice and benchmarks
