KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
Karla Otto London is looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated individual to work in the agency’s Finance department. The responsibilities include but are not limited to;
Working alongside the Accounting Officer and Senior Finance Assistant:
· Consolidation of Staff Expenses; processing monthly expenses, following up on overdue expenses and organizes refunds to staff
members for out of pocket expenses.
· Main point of contact for employees with regards to Expenses.
· Credit card expenses reconciliation.
· Billing expenses invoices to clients.
· Assists in controlling expenses by receiving, processing, verifying, and reconciling invoices.
· Assist Account payable and Bank reconciliation.
· Maintains files and documentation thoroughly and accurately, in accordance with company policy and accepted accounting practices.
· Undertakes general clerical duties such as dealing with correspondence, photocopying and filing.
· Assist at the month-end close.

KEY ATTRIBUTES
- Associate or Bachelor Degree required.
- Part qualified or finance related studies are a plus. (AAT / Equivalent)
- PR / Advertising experience preferred.
- Ability to take ownership of projects without supervision.
- Extremely well-organised, methodical and efficient, with a good dose of common sense and initiative.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Confidence to deal with all levels within the business.
- Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Accomplishes tasks accurately and thoroughly with strong follow-up skills.
- Discreet, professional and articulate, with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to be flexible in approach.
- Strong computer skills including Outlook, Excel, and Powerpoint.
- Eligible to work in the UK.
