The Role:

The Senior Online Trader for UGG will leverage knowledge of the online industry, consumer data, and latest fashion trends to develop a best in class merchandising plan for the UGG website in EMEA.

This is a hands-on role has a great deal of self-guidance to provide direction to team members within the brand.

Your Impact:

  • Responsible for growth and development of the team
  • Implementation of site merchandising strategies based on collective evaluations of defined KPIs to agreed timescales
  • Ownership of the e-commerce content calendar for your categories, for each e-commerce site, ensuring the “go to market plans” are completed in a timely manner
  • Ownership of creative briefs for site content
  • Complete weekly website reviews and audits
  • Ensure all products are merchandised within the correct categories and commercially presented online, working with the global teams to guide specific requirements
  • Effectively care for all product upload activities for the websites
  • Cross functional ownership of customer experience, continuously reviewing to identify improvement opportunities

Who You Are:

  • A passion for understanding current trends within the fashion/apparel and footwear industries
  • Exceptionally organised and manages time well to prioritise projects and workloads
  • A highly proactive thinker and commercially astute
  • You have excellent inter-personal skills with ability to guide stakeholders with a consumer centric mindset
  • You are an excellent communicator with a “can-do” approach

We would Love to Hear from People with:

  • Experience in Online/Digital Merchandising and Buying is highly advantageous
  • Good knowledge of trading within different EMEA markets
  • Proficiency in IT with advanced knowledge of Excel and good knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Some experience using active merchandising tools
