Job Description:
3 days/week
Role is supported by a third-party HR advisor.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Preparation of all contracts, including amendments, relating to employees. Ensuring HR files are kept up to date
- Supporting line managers with Talent Acquisition
- Supporting Managers through various HR scenarios – disciplinary, grievance, investigations etc
- Manage the annual Employee Appraisal process ensuring all documentation is completed promptly
- Complete all employee exit interviews and collate information for the heads of departments to instigate change
- Manage all employee benefits, including pension scheme. Updating as required and any required filings
- Manage employee training, both internal and external, including related budgets
- Organise and manage the budget for all company social events
- Monitor the holiday booking system and making updates as required
- Monitor and report on cost variances relating to employee costs
- Supporting to build a People Plan for Erdem. Work with Heads of Departments to create their own People Plan for their teams. And support with Talent Management.

- Comp and Benefits & Market awareness
- Supporting with our CSR plans – promoting pay equity, training on diversity/managing bias etc
- Lead and build the development of an enviable People Plan
Requirements:
- Excellent interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and laws.
- People focused with a business mindset
- Coaching capabilities
- Ability to multi-task and work to deadlines
- Able to cope in a fast-moving environment
- High levels of personal motivation, a positive attitude
- SAGE payroll experience is beneficial
- Any qualifications relating to HR, Payroll and Sage an advantage
