THE ROLE & THE TEAM
As Team Lead Product Content Management you are responsible for the disciplinary management and coordination of the content team. You will also be responsible for creating and implementing optimization approaches that advance the entire area.

WHY YOU SHOULD BE INTERESTED
  • You lead the Team Content DACH with around 12 people that are responsible for high quality product descriptions
  • You conduct regular constructive feedback meetings with your employees and support them in their further development
  • You coordinate the daily production and apply different KPIs to your work
  • You independently identify, develop and manage new projects for constant quality improvement of product descriptions
  • You work closely together with the Quality Assurance to guarantee high quality product descriptions that meet our customers' expectations
  • You constantly support product management in improving our internal IT systems
  • Passionate about promoting inclusive culture practices and processes that are models for others
WE'D LOVE TO MEET YOU IF
  • You bring 3 to 5 years work experience and at least two years in leading and developing a team.
  • Experience in managing medium-sized projects with different stakeholders and delivering measurable improvement (new processes, people topics, etc.)
  • High level of initiative and inspiration with your innovative, entrepreneurial mindset
  • You critically question existing processes and independently look for alternative solutions
  • You enjoy working in a fast-changing, international environment. You are a dedicated team player, open, positive, flexible and professional; you are able to maintain team spirit and be a true role model
  • You have excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English
