Position Overview
You will be responsible for supporting the Global Consumer and Market Intelligence team helping them in the management and delivery of key research projects, pulling together data and analyses reports, as well as interacting with both global & regional teams.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
· Supporting the team in setting up new research projects (both qualitative and quantitative) by: inputting into the brief and choosing relevant suppliers, ensuring the RFP process is completed smoothly and on time, liaising with diverse internal and external stakeholders to ensure the project meets all needs, reviewing and adding to questionnaires & stimulus before finally reviewing and building on agency reports. · Building a strong knowledge of the consumer & shopper dynamics, the competitive & retailer landscape as well as staying ahead of the trends and regional nuances. · This would enable the individual to quickly become a trusted and efficient point of contact for queries on these categories, partnering with the regions to ensure all projects are including their markets' view · Pulling data from existing studies as well delivering insights analyses using a range of sources, delivering compelling business-focused stories · Becoming an expert in a wide range of research methodologies, from qualitative to quantitative, consumer through to shopper. · Building strong working relationships with our external agencies

Experience, Skills & Knowledge
Previous experience in research and project management would be ideal Good use of Excel and Powerpoint. - Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and projects at the same time as well as prioritizing effectively - Excellent attention to detail when handling and manipulating quantitative data - Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn complex data into clear insights with business-led recommendations - Curiosity in understanding consumers and their relationships with brands - Proactive in nature and an ability to work autonomously, yet also able to work within a team. - Passionate and driven
