JOB DESCRIPTION
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist Supervisor to ensure the complete, accurate, and timely completion of AR accounting treatment such as sales audit, accruals, AR settlement, etc.
- Liaise with mall to reconcile and collect turnover receiving on coupon/shipping card/bonus points redemption, and resolve any daily sales & accounting issues happen in own stores.
- Handle full set of accounting treatment for all ECOM channels by cooperating with ECOM's operation team.
- Monitor and manage POS terminal, QR code, store code application in place before new store opening.
- Prepare and analyze AR aging report and provide comment on weekly basis.
- Liaise with auditor to issue annual sales audit report for own stores and submit to landlords on time.
- Assist in annual audit, provide required information in good quality.
- Being a backup during team member's absence and support ad-hoc tasks assigned by Supervisor.
- Other ad hoc projects upon necessary.
PROFILE
- Bachelor degree in Accounting with accounting qualification.
- Above 5 years AR accounting experience, preferable in retail industry and in a multinational company.
- Familiar with KingDee, SAP, MS Office software and power point.
- Good communication & interpersonal skills.
- Good command of spoken and written English.
- Knowledge of PRC Accounting Principle, Chinese Tax Regulation and general banking.
- Responsible, hands on, independent, initiative and with multi-task skills.
