About the Role:

The Dolls Kill office receptionist will be the first face of the company for all employees and visitors. This individual must be able to reflect the style of our brand, maintain a friendly and professional demeanor and be flexible to handle various tasks. We expect this candidate to take responsibility for, and own the office space. This is a full time, on-site position with health, dental, and vision benefits.

This is an onsite position at our Richmond, CA office, soon to move to the Oakland area.

Responsibilities

    • Greet Visitors, determine nature and purpose of visit, direct or escort them to specific destination
    • Maintain and enforce covid protocols for the office (take temp, employee sign in, sanitizing common surfaces)
    • Manage incoming and outgoing mail including delivery services (i.e. UPS, FED EX, etc.)
    • Prepare and provide support for meetings and interviews
    • Order, maintain, and manage all office supplies
    • General clean-up of public office areas: Reception, Conference Rooms, and Kitchen areas
    • Updating Calendars
    • Misc. Data Entry
    • Provide support for other departments when needed


Requirements

    • 3-5 Years of front office and administrative experience
    • Personable, engaging with solid communication skills
    • Self-motivated, able to work without direct supervision and problem-solve effectively
    • Accountable and reliable, proven record of exceeding expectations and completing projects
    • Energetic and able to be on their feet for most of the work day
    • Ability to multi-task, organize and prioritize work with minimal supervision.
    • Must be willing and able to lift and move 30+ lbs
    • Comfortable with ambiguity and fast-moving environments, not easily overwhelmed, ability to multi-task
    • Proficient with MS Office applications and Google Suite
    • Ability to use general office equipment (Phone, Fax, Copier, Scanner)
