Are you our next Paid Search Manager? We're looking for a Paid Search Manager, on a 12 month maternity cover contract, to manage and define Gymshark's Paid Search strategy, budget and build strong relationships with key partners. You'll be working alongside key stakeholders in the business to make sure the Paid Search strategy is aligned and appropriately executed in line with the overall business objectives. You need a passion for Paid Search and all things digital to drive this channel for Gymshark. You will manage the Paid Search team, ensuring the team are providing visibility on performance, are accountable for budget and constantly innovating.

  • Manage overall Paid Search strategy across a number of channels (Search, Shopping RLSA & Display) as defined and agreed by Head of Search.
  • Accountable for Paid Search budget management and delivering traffic, revenue and ROI targets.
  • Provide forecasting for Paid Search activities including forecasted spend and the expected results off the back of this.
  • Ensure daily, weekly, monthly and relevant ad hoc reports are accurately undertaken, with key takeaways based on activity completed.
  • Provide clear insights and actionable recommendations on Paid Search performance against Paid Search forecast.
  • Manage Paid Search team to ensure that project deadlines are met, and work completed is in support of the overall Paid Search strategy.
  • Support the Paid Search team to encourage learning and growth to continue to develop their knowledge of Paid Search and Gymshark.
  • Monitor all Paid Search accounts to ensure they are working their hardest in the most efficient way.
  • Build strong and long-lasting relationships with key partners to ensure we are always at the forefront for new innovations and betas.
  • Ensure we are expanding our regional Paid Search strategies in line with business objectives and effectively utilising budget in these countries.
  • Liaise and collaborate with defined key stakeholders to ensure Paid Search can support across the business.
  • Support Paid Search team on the execution of opportunity discovery through content, keyword and competitor research.
  • Staying on top of industry trends and news to ensure Paid Search continues to grow.
  • Work with the SEO Manager and wider Media team managers to ensure strategy is aligned and executed in line with wider Media and business objectives.


  • Paid Search experience in-house or within an agency.
  • Strong understanding Paid search from the day-to-day through to strategy implementation.
  • Experience managing multiple, large accounts across Google, Bing & Yahoo.
  • Experience managing large budgets.
  • Ability to set up new campaigns quickly & accurately.
  • Experience optimising all Paid Search activity, including bid management, copywriting and competitor benchmarking.
  • Experience using Google Analytics, Google Data Studio & Ads Editor.
  • Strong data analysis skills and a confident Excel user.
  • Ability to report on and measure PPC activity against a forecast.
  • A passion for all things digital and a desire to test new tactics and keep up to date with industry changes.
  • Ability to collaborate with key stakeholders and drive PPC performance forward for Gymshark.

This role is a 12-month Fixed Term Contract. The expected start date is mid/end of April 2022.

When normal office working resumes, our expectation would require candidates to attend at least 3 days a week in GSHQ, Solihull, UK.
