MERCHANDISING

We're a data driven Merchandising team supporting Browns to maximise commercial opportunities through effective management of Browns inventory, driving sales through improved availability, forecasting and maximizing profits. We do this by supporting all channels across our stores, brownsfashion.com and Farfetch. Our team encompass Merchandising, Strategic Pricing and Digital Production.

LONDON

Our London Head Office is based in Old Street, London's tech hub, and is home to a broad range of teams including Ecommerce, Tech & Product, Brand Engagement, Buying, Merchandising and People more. Our open plan space is ideal for collaborative working and sharing ideals, or you can enjoy some quiet time in our dedicated library. We also have a large outdoor terrace which is the perfect spot to have a team lunch or host events.

THE ROLE

Spreadsheets, sales and stock allocation- The all-important Triple S's. Our Unisex Merchandising team are looking for a numbers savvy, analytically minded MAA to support all the stock activities for Browns, helping to deliver our ambitious sales & profit growth- ensuring that the right stock, is in the right place, at the right time!

Duties and Responsibilities

    • Responsible for the management of stock movement within the business with a focus on allocations and RTVs.
    • Be the expert and the 'go to' member of the team for all stock queries from the wider business.
    • Provide support to the Buying, Merchandising and Operations teams for taking the lead in chasing deliveries and monitoring intake into the business.
    • Review and reorder continuity lines on a weekly basis to ensure product is always in stock.
    • Running daily and weekly sales report to support both internal and external stakeholders
    • Support the Assistant Merchandiser and wider team with ad hoc analysis when required.
    • Perform stock rotations in stores, working closely with key stakeholders to ensure stores are commercial.


Required Knowledge, Skills and Experience

    • Strong analytical, numerical and Excel skills.
    • Collaborative approach and ability to build relationships across various departments.
    • Ability to prioritise and multi-task.
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Flexible, hard-working, and good team attitude.
    • Keen interest in luxury fashion retail and Browns.
    • Ability to work independently and drive own development
