Reporting to the Senior Manager, you will manage the delivery of all FARFETCH content initiatives end to end, from briefing to launch, whilst building relationships with key partners and stakeholders. You will deliver campaigns across all touchpoints in Farfetch's suite of products, ensuring all deliverables and KPIs are met throughout the campaign duration. You will work with Creative, Sales, Media Operations, Editorial, Marketing Production, Planning, Online Merchandising, CRM, Linguistic Services, Brand Partnership and Brand Success teams. On a typical day, you will brief Creative and Production on a project by project basis, prioritising workload according to ensure all projects are delivered and on brief. You will bridge the gap between an external client's or internal owner's brief and the FARFETCH deliver team's execution; secure client satisfaction and ensure that the finished product is aligned with FARFETCH's brand aesthetic. You will create timelines, organise and lead all kick offs, ensuring sign off at all milestones and delivery of assets to the relevant operational teams.


    • You will manage complete end-to-end delivery, working with key internal stakeholders across Creative, Marketing and Commercial to deliver holistic campaigns
    • You'll have client servicing at the forefront of mind, to ensure excellence is delivered throughout and that KPI and deliverables are achieved
    • You'll oversee all communications, ensuring approvals are achieved and final assets are delivered to all relevant stakeholders
    • You'll feel confident in creating timelines and setting deadlines for all relevant stakeholders, and ensure these are met through the project cycle
    • You will ensure that all live elements are captured and delivered to clients with supporting collateral
    • You'll brief Creative and Productions based on the client's brief, and will ensure the brief is being achieved throughout the project
    • You'll oversee and execute supplied asset and low tier custom content campaigns across Media Solutions inventory
    • You'll brief all deliverables to Media Operations and other in-channel activation teams for reporting purposes


    • You are a commercially minded individual with experience in co-ordinating projects, preferably with luxury brands
    • You have experience in client servicing and go over and above
    • You are organised, reactive and solution minded - you able to thrive in fast paced, high pressure environments
    • Understanding of digital advertising formats and the view of the operational technicalities to execute digital campaigns
