You will deliver campaigns across all touchpoints in Farfetch's suite of products, ensuring all deliverables and KPIs are met throughout the campaign duration. You will be the point of contact for all internal stakeholders across the business in terms of requests, briefing and execution and approvals. You will brief Creative and Production on a project by project basis, prioritising workload to ensure all projects are delivered and on brief. You will bridge the gap between an external client's or internal owner's brief and the FARFETCH deliver team's execution; secure client satisfaction and ensure that the finished product is aligned with FARFETCH's brand aesthetic. You will create timelines, organise and lead internal and external kick offs, ensuring sign off at all milestones and successful delivery of assets to the relevant operational teams.


    • You'll manage and execute content initiatives across all Farfetch touchpoints to deliver high impact, customer-centric experiences
    • You will manage complete end to end delivery, working closely with key stakeholders across Marketing and Commercial to deliver holistic 360 campaigns
    • You'll have client servicing at the forefront of mind at all times, to ensure excellence is delivered throughout and that KPI and deliverables are achieved
    • You'll oversee internal and external communications, ensuring approvals are achieved and final assets are delivered to all relevant stakeholders
    • You'll feel confident in creating timelines and setting deadlines for all relevant stakeholders, and ensure these are met through the project cycle
    • You will ensure that all live elements are captured and delivered to clients with supporting collateral
    • You'll brief Creative and Productions based on the client's brief, managing their time and resource whilst ensuring the brief is being achieved
    • You'll co-ordinate the end of campaign reporting process and briefing all deliverables and KPIs for EOCs and case studies


    • You are a commercially minded individual with proven experience in delivering creative solution executions end to end, preferably with luxury brands
    • You excel in client servicing and go over and above to achieve exceptional results
    • You are organised, reactive and solution minded - you able to thrive in fast paced, high pressure environments
    • Solid understanding of the creation of digital formats, and the operational technicalities to execute digital campaigns
