Our New York office is located in Midtown near the iconic Bryant Park and the historic Grand Central Terminal, New York's best connected office neighborhood. The beautifully designed office has 360 views and tall windows to bring the outside in. We have a communal kitchen that brings the team together for Family Lunch and Happy Hours. The office is open plan with plenty of rooms and booths to take a private call, have time to relax and work in private or have a large collaborative meeting.


As the E-Concessions Coordinator, you will support the E-concessions Team on their continued efforts to work with the best brand partners in North America. You will build relationships with partners at all levels, working with the wider Commercial team ensuring the success of growing supply for Farfetch North America. You will spend your time researching new partners, supporting in business development, liaising between internal departments, and ensuring a successful onboarding onto the platform. You will aid in research and assessment of new categories and new opportunities for the department.


    • You will handle the administration of contracts for the E-concessions Partnerships team
    • You will update the database of all leads that contact partners and keep Brand pipelines current
    • You will manage the distribution and vet all leads that contact E-concessions Partners
    • You will support partners in the launch process of their Farfetch partnership
    • You will coordinate the process of creating landing pages for new Partners
    • You will be the main contact on any new projects between the E-concessions Partnerships team and in-office teams
    • You will work with the senior colleagues to understand their requirements, identify and highlight opportunities for improvements to processes to support the E-concessions Partnerships strategy
    • You will assist E-concessions management to research new opportunities and product categories
    • You will monitor all market development/competitor activities to ensure that they are following company business in collaboration with broader team


    • You commercial experience within a retailor in merchandising, buying or wholesale areas
    • You can easily build and maintain relationships with the different players of the business
    • You have knowledge of basic e-commerce process
    • You have an excellent sense of organization and prioritization with the ability to handle multiple tasks at a fast pace
    • You have experience with Excel (pivots) and use of data tools to obtain and assess analytics
    • You can create visual presentations
    • You have a bachelor's degree, or have equivalent experience
