The Logistics Strategic Planning & Programs team's mission is to ensure a consistent and seamless order experience, maximizing its value, leveraging robust analytics to design and optimize our global operations. We are looking for a Business Analyst reporting to the Logistics Strategic Planning & Programs Manager, who shares the passion for finding answers to complex questions and is excited to join our company - and want to have some fun along the way.     • Support Logistics and cross-functional strategic projects for Farfetch with insight and advanced analytics;
    • Deep dive into complex issues to produce insightful and clear presentations, highlighting threats, challenges and opportunities;
    • Actively manage and deliver projects E2E, from conception to implementation;
    • Continuously challenge the business and provide innovative recommendations, collaborating with stakeholders at multiple levels and across multiple areas of the business;
    • Proactively identify opportunities for improvement based on data and business processes to contribute to Farfetch Operations cost efficiency and better customer experience.


    • Strategic thinker with 3+ years of experience in Operations and/or Strategy roles;
    • Experience in Management Consulting is valuable;
    • Passionate about Strategy, Operations, and Technology;
    • Comfortable in dealing with ambiguity;
    • Problem solving with experience managing and/or supporting projects E2E - we are an action driven team with a focus on making things happen;
    • Experienced in Excel (can perform complex functions and use pivot tables), SQL and BI and data visualization tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau);
    • You communicate at multiple levels in the organization - you'll be presenting and working with Director levels and above;
    • Fluent in English
