To ensure the consistent growth of HUGO BOSS with best-in-class talent, we are looking for a talented Design & Marketing Recruiter (m/f/d) to join our global Talent Acquisition team in the Headquarters in Metzingen.

What you can expect:

• Through your networking passion, you build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates through pro-active initiatives on how to recruit passive candidates for the best possible fit
• You continuously exceed the hiring managers expectation through a deep understanding for design & marketing talent, as well as our competitive landscape
• Recruiting the best candidates through internal as well as international sources of talent to effectively fill open roles within the headquarter and additional global locations where needed
• Moreover you participate in continuously improving the recruiting function at HUGO BOSS by participating in strategic and ongoing recruitment initiatives
• Ability to work towards qualitative KPIs in leveraging the best results for our talent brand

Your profile:

• Several years of recruiting experience including sourcing and full life cycle recruiting in an agency or corporate setting, ideally a combination of both
  
• Experience in driving talent sourcing initiatives and strong trackrecord in candidate networking activities, ideally within design & marketing
  
• Strong communication and negotiation skills, with a keen focus on delivering business results
  
• Consulting skills and demonstrated ability to work in a team environment including
  
• Experience recruiting for mid-senior level talent
  
• Fluent language skills in German and English
