Led by the Director of Diversity and Inclusion (D&I), the D&I strategy is underpinned by critical strategic pillars that address our stakeholder groups: B2E (business to employee), B2C (business to customer), B2B (business to business). We are seeking a Head/Lead of D&I Portfolio & Impact Measurement. You will oversee key D&I Strategy Governance elements to drive the mid to long-term approach to building evidence for impact across the D&I portfolio. You will help lead the D&I strategy across the company by providing governance on data, analytics, reporting, and communications to a range of stakeholders.
WHERE YOUR EXPERTISE IS NEEDED
  • Responsible for data, measurement and reporting for D&I - point of contact for Zalando's operational planning processes, ensuring D&I is embedded and bridges the gap to the local initiatives helping the D&I teams plan for the process (through the D&I established commitment roadmap)
  • Oversee the D&I reporting framework and ensure all scheduled reporting is delivered, including providing D&I reporting to the management board, and collaboration with internal audit to adhere to the internal control system
  • Support the D&I Director and help drive the governance framework and operating model in partnership with the business
  • Collaborate with Zalando Data Foundations to build key D&I metrics to report on strategy progress and help drive decision-making through data
  • With your functional and organizational know-how, you will lead the conversation, help stimulate stakeholders thinking by bringing thought leadership to these groups to continue Zalando to stay at the leading edge of D&I
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
  • Several years of professional experience, ideally as a strategic consultant with experience in D&I
  • Experience and knowledge in data, analytics, and reporting combined with Strong portfolio and executive stakeholder management skills
  • Strong leadership style that is inclusive, with the experience of working in a matrix organization
  • Independent working approach with an ability to familiarize with new topics quickly, a structured, efficient way of working, strong communication skills to communicate with stakeholders at all levels effectively, good collaboration with teams
  • Ability to get into complex topics, able to navigate Zalando's innovative, dynamic environment quickly, and act in the spirit of the company
