As a Working Student in the Brand Engagement team you will be responsible for providing operational and quality assurance guidance to brands, in order to bring their content live to Zalando customers.

Brand Homes is where Brands can upload their own content, present their assortment and tell their brand stories, whilst increasing the reach of their content and growing their customer base. You will also work closely with engineering, product and design teams to be the voice of brands, to help constantly improve the product and tooling brands work with.

Ideally you can start asap, 20 hours per week and we're really open regarding the duration (6 months - 2 years).
WHERE YOUR EXPERTISE IS NEEDED
  • Responsible for the Quality Assurance (QA) of brands content for Brand Homes and Collections within our Content Management System (CMS), ensuring it meets all internal guidelines and requirements
  • First point of contact for brands, including onboarding new brands, account and user management and providing guidance on QA related questions
  • Support the documentation of new CMS processes and guidelines, suggesting efficiency improvements for brands and internal users
  • Contribute towards improving the CMS tool, working with engineering, product and design to report bugs and incidents and bring improvements
  • Represent the brands perspective by being the voice of customer for brands, bringing their suggestions to product managers, as well as opportunities to join brand or customer interviews that support the development of the Brand Homes product & tooling
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor or Masters in Business or Marketing
  • Interest in working with brands and partners in an external facing role
  • You pride yourself on your high attention to detail and quality orientation
  • You are results driven, proactive and can work independently
  • Clear communication is one of your strengths, as well as being able to prioritise and handle multiple demands at once
  • As you will be part of an international team, fluent English skills are a must; other languages are a plus
  • Experienced with Google Suite (or MS Office), comfortable structuring data and information in sheets/docs/slides independently
  • Ideally you have some basic understanding of Content Management Systems (CMS) and User Management
