About the role
Vestiaire Collective is looking for an experienced Head of HR, APAC to partner with our APAC CEO and his leadership team to build our business across the region. You will contribute at both hands-on and strategic levels to help the teams grow successfully and cultivate an inclusive and entrepreneurial culture in line with Vestiaire's values.
This is a full-time role based out of our Singapore office reporting to the Chief People Officer.

About the role
Vestiaire Collective is looking for an experienced Head of HR, APAC to partner with our APAC CEO and his leadership team to build our business across the region. You will contribute at both hands-on and strategic levels to help the teams grow successfully and cultivate an inclusive and entrepreneurial culture in line with Vestiaire's values.
This is a full-time role based out of our Singapore office reporting to the Chief People Officer.
What you'll do
- Partner with the leadership team and develop a solid understanding of the strategic goals for the region as well as the roadmap to get there and define the people priorities to enable us to achieve those
- Partner with the leadership team and lead our APAC based HR team to define best practices for recruitment, onboarding as well as our entire employee value proposition to ensure we are able to build a diverse and high performing team
- Manage and facilitate organizational development, leadership coaching, and team building that support alignment, community and growth
- Coach managers and leaders to enable them to drive effective people leadership practices
- Partner closely with the global HR leads for People Operations, Talent Acquisitions, Learning & Development, Compensation & Benefits to share learnings and best practices
- Focus on scaling Vestiaire's culture and values across the organization as part of our sustained growth plans
- Build effective external partnerships to ensure we maintain an effective employee proposition and branding and proactively learn from peers
Who you are
- More than 10 years of experience in a strategic HR generalist or equivalent role in tech
- Proven track record in building regional teams in APAC and deep understanding of the talent landscape
- keen interest in Vestiaire's mission and values
- Strong communication and problem solving skills; project management skills
- Experience in operating and thriving in a dynamic fast paced environment and in cultivating effective working partnerships
