We are looking for a Digital Collection Manager (m/f/d) to join our Design HUGO Womenswear Leisure team on March 2022.

What you can expect:

• Holistic responsibility for the systemic implementation of the specified design idea until the product is ready for series production and production release in compliance with the defined timeline
• Communicate and track product requirements and changes to interfaces
• On-time provision of the complete system documents (PLM, SAP) taking into account the design and quality requirements relevant to the style
• Digital product development (CLO3D; Vydia; PENELOPE)
• Visualization of design ideas
• Creation of digital simulations to provide a better basis for decision making during the collection creation process
• Creation of 3D simulations and provision for the digital showroom and online store
• Plan, track and ensure timely global digital showroom inventory
• Own responsibility for the creation of global sales documents for the worldwide sales distributions as well as for the online store
• Assessment of styles according to the current Sustainability Policy and systemic recording, continuous updating and tracking
• Requesting sustainability documents from suppliers and recording them systematically
• Research and sourcing activities together with the interfaces
• Contact person for production plants as well as suppliers in R&D, relevant consultant for internal interfaces in product development and in milestone meetings (e.g. fittings, CBO meeting, FVP, etc.)
• Participate in projects and lead internal projects Knowledge transfer, training and support of the design team in 3D product development

Your profile:

• Bachelor's degree, technical college or design school diploma
• At least 3 years of professional experience in a comparable field with constant further training
• Sound knowledge of conventional and digital style development, sustainability as well as understanding of quality
• Reliability, organizational talent, assertiveness, interdisciplinary way of thinking, basic knowledge of business administration and mentality of a team player
• Very good knowledge of textiles/design, understanding and flair for fashion and trends
• Fluent English skills, both written and spoken
• Strong IT skills ( PLM, SAP, Microsoft etc. ) and application of digital media (e.g. 3D tools, Illustrator, Photoshop)
